Following approval of single Article of law of using from professional and expertized services of authorized accountants as a certified accountant and executive rule, act (4) , the mentioned law have been provided the commen ment conditions of activities of society of certified public accountants in 1380 (2001) . By initiation of the activities of society of certified public accountants , Providing professional Accounting and Auditing services by authorized experts of private sector have been confirmed by ministeries , Organization of tax Affairs , securities and exchange organization and banks and some public non - governmental bodies like other certified accountants institutions and accordingly, the possiblity of stablishing qualified institutions in following years had been provided . partners of yektatadbir institute associating with other auditing institutions as a partner and technical officer from years ago . In 1385(2006), yekta tadbir auditing and financial services institute has been notarized as a noncomercial and a not for profit organization in registration administration . At the same time , under the  number 721152 ,it has been approved as a member of Iranian association of certified pubic accountants (IACPA) . Name of this institute has been mentioned among the trusted bodies of securites and exchange organization .
